Finding the right person to support you is one of the most important parts about beginning your wellness journey. Below you can read about each of our helpers to learn more about who they are, what they enjoy, and how they support our community!
Rebecca
Hi! I’m Rebecca! I’m so glad you’re thinking about how I can help you! As a fellow busy parent, I know how hard it can be to make time for yourself when you’re already overwhelmed! When I was in the thick of new parenthood, I realized if I was having a hard time as a professional, other parents must be struggling to find help too. After that, I began working on my niche to help other struggling parents live healthier happier lives for themselves and their families.
LMHC: Licensed Mental Health Counselor to provide therapy
PMH-C: Perinatal Mental Health Certified to help parents navigate their unique challenges
CLC: Certified Lactation Counselor to help parents reach their feeding goals
CYT: Certified Yoga Teacher for 200-hour Hatha, Pre and Postnatal, Baby/Toddler, Kids/Teens, Trauma-Informed, and 300-hour Vinyasa Yoga (in progress)
MBCT: Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy to help reduce the stress associated with certain therapy techniques
Flash Technique: An EMDR-based technique designed to help significantly reduce the impact of trauma symptoms
Jackie
Jackie began with us as an intern finishing college. She built amazing rapport with clients during sessions and always had thoughtful points during our weekly yoga classes. After graduating, she has transitioned to help us with admin tasks as well as planning and executing our community events. She always greets people with a smile and we’re so lucky to have her!
